Men's Ministry

“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.”

Welcome to the Men's Ministry. This ministry is built on the principle of deepening our understanding of the Lord by the study of His Word. We are in a spiritual war, and as Paul writes, "the flesh lusts against the Spirit". The best way to strengthen our spirit is to feed it the pure truth of God's Word.
 
The goal is to move beyond a simple "intellectual understanding" to a "heartfelt one". Equipping the men to find truth for themselves through a practical, "Inductive" method:

• Observation: What does the text say?
• Interpretation: What does the text mean?
• Application: How does this text apply to me?

The men come together to build spiritual appetites and learn to skillfully handle the Word of God.
