CCBF Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship

Young Adults

The vision of the Young Adults (18 – late 30’s) Bible Fellowship is to study the uncompromising word of God, that we might know how to follow Jesus.

“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God” (1 Corinthians 3:19).  More and more, the things of this world are trying to take hold of this generation.  Staggering statistics show that over 80% of adults in this age group fall away from the Lord.  God has put it in our hearts to continue the fight against Satan for our young adults.  Jesus says, in John 15, that He is the true vine and if we abide in Him, He will abide in us; because without Him, we can do nothing.

The Purpose

We want to see this generation of young adults (18-30’s) excited about their relationship with Jesus, in awe of His presence and active work in their daily lives, and responding by serving Him.

We also want to help out with the practical issues of life that face each of us as young adults. Such as career guidance, looking for jobs and filling out resumes.

Jesus prayed in John 17 for the church, that we would be one as He and the Father are one. We also want to see the young adults in the church coming together, growing together as a body, loving and serving each other, and becoming one. If you are coming out of high school, going through college or starting a new career, starting a family, or already have a career and/or a family, you are welcome!

On Friday nights at 6:30 pm in the Potter’s House, there is an opportunity for us to get together in fellowship with Jesus and with one another through prayer, worship, encouragement, and the study of God’s Word. For more information please contact the Church Office at (951) 699-9207.
